Our family-owned sunroom, window, and patio door supplier is Seaway Manufacturing, established in 1959. Ben Kripps, the owner of ClearView Sunrooms & Windows, has worked with Seaway since 2000. ClearView opened in 2004 in Madison, WI. Ben and his wife Karen were born in Wisconsin and love helping Wisconsin homeowners improve their homes.
We continue to work hard on our founding business practices including using the best materials, competitively pricing our products & service, and providing guaranteed product & installation warranties to our customers. ClearView is locally owned and operated by Ben Kripps. His wife Karen manages the internal operations of ClearView. Ben is also a builder which is uncommon in other home improvement businesses and his knowledge is very helpful when making the big decision to improve your home. ClearView’s attention to detail and family-owned atmosphere is felt through our entire building process. We work closely with our manufacturers to ensure you get the best value for your dollar. We are honored to work with our premier manufacturer, Seaway Manufacturing, in product development and are a proud recipient of numerous awards including the Chairman’s Club Award by Seaway Manufacturing.
Seaway has been consistently ranked among the top 100 Window and Door Manufacturers in the nationally recognized, Window and Door Magazine. Seaway was founded in 1959 by the Goodrich family and is still run by the family to this day. Seaway and ClearView place the utmost importance in quality, attention to detail, customer relationships and the importance of family run businesses. Seaway is known for its long tenured relationships with its authorized dealers and employees. Seaway, located in Erie, PA, started with the manufacturing of aluminum windows & storm doors, then added vinyl windows & sunrooms in the 70’s. Today, Seaway has implemented so many new technologies over the years that they now offer GrandView four season sunrooms and BetterView three season sunrooms. Seaway manufactures five lines of premier vinyl windows (Signature Gold, Encore Elite, Commander, Lighthouse & Solutions), including bay, bow, specialty shapes and garden windows. Finally, Seaway offers two lines of patio sliding doors (Prima Vista & Encore).
